Forces & Motion is one of the hardest science topics to teach because the forces are invisible. Our VR workshop changes that. Students see magnetic field lines radiating from magnets, watch gravity bend the path of objects in space, and visualise air resistance molecules colliding with moving surfaces.
Year 3 students explore forces and magnets — magnetic attraction and repulsion, comparing magnetic materials, and investigating how magnets work. Year 5 students tackle gravity, air resistance, water resistance and friction. VR makes every invisible force visible and interactive.

Each session includes a Virtual Reality segment where students are transported into immersive environments. Using class sets of VR headsets, children explore 360° recreations of scientific environments — from standing on melting ice caps to walking among dinosaurs.
