Four tiers to work through.
Each of the twelve life skills is rated on delivery — Not yet · Developing · Embedded — backed by evidence. Your embedded skills decide your tier.
Working Towards
Signed up and self-assessed. A real, encouraging start — not a fail.
Bronze
4+ of 12 skills embedded (the rest at least developing), with evidence.
Silver
8+ of 12 embedded across the relevant year groups, with evidence.
Gold
All 12 embedded EYFS–Y6, a whole-school portfolio, and a showcase event.
Evidenced and signed off — not just self-declared.
Plenty of “awards” are a form you fill in yourself. This one is checked.
- You submit — one or two light pieces per skill: a Passport export, a photo of pupil work, a lesson reference.
- We review — against the rubric, remotely, in about thirty minutes. Not an inspection.
- You’re awarded — a confirmed tier for your website, your SDP and your next Ofsted conversation.
