This confirmation also signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions and that a binding agreement is formed between us.

The contract starts from your order confirmation date and ends upon the product's delivery, unless mutually decided otherwise in writing.

3.Events (Workshops or Shows)

Event organisers are responsible for ensuring a suitable venue that complies with local authority and national health and safety guidelines. Spark2 Education must be informed about evacuation or emergency protocols in advance. A representative from the organising body must attend the events and know emergency procedures.

4.School Events

In addition to the general event guidelines, when hosting school events or when venues have school attendees:

  • An appropriate adult-to-pupil ratio (we recommend one adult per 16 pupils) should be maintained.
  • The accompanying adults or teachers are responsible for pupil behaviour.
  • Venues hosting school-attended events should communicate these responsibilities to teachers/adults in advance.

Spark2 Education is committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children. Our safeguarding measures include:

  • All presenters hold enhanced DBS checks with barred list checks
  • All presenters complete safeguarding training before delivering workshops
