FAQ

Common Questions

Not at all. Every week is completely self-contained with its own theme, activities, and Friday showcase. You can book a single week, a few weeks, or the full programme — whatever suits your family.
Reception through to Year 6. Children are grouped by school year into four levels: Explorers (Reception & Y1), Adventurers (Y2 & Y3), Discoverers (Y3 & Y4), and Champions (Y5 & Y6). Siblings of different ages attend the same week with fully differentiated content for each level.
The Future Skills Passport is a universal life skills programme covering 12 essential subjects — from first aid and financial literacy to public speaking and sustainability. Progress made at camp is recorded digitally and travels with your child, connecting with school-based programmes too.
Just a packed lunch, a water bottle, and weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor activities. We provide all materials, equipment, VR headsets, and workbooks.
We use ClassVR headsets which are specifically designed for educational use. Explorers (4–5) have short 10–15 minute guided sessions. Older groups get longer rotations. Non-VR children do parallel hands-on activities so nobody is waiting.
All lead facilitators are DBS-checked and experienced in delivering educational programmes. We maintain a minimum of 2 qualified adults at all times, supplemented by trained volunteer mentors (14–18 year olds) as part of our work experience programme.
Absolutely — and it will be a completely different experience. Content is differentiated by school year group, so as your child moves up through the levels, they get entirely new activities, challenges, and Passport content — even if they attend the same themed week. A child doing Health Heroes in Year 3 will have a completely different programme to a child doing Health Heroes in Year 5.
